About the project
ZoN Pink fitness exercise product line was created with the national, non-profit organization Bright Pink founded by Lindsay Avner and Dr. Melanie Bone to make young and older woman aware of the fact that exercise may reduce the risk of breast cancer by 30% to 40% compared to sedentary women. New studies suggests that breast cancer survivors who both eat a healthy diet and exercise moderately may reduce their risk of breast cancer mortality by half.
I've been assigned to the project in it's early stages to create a head-turning packaging to attract female consumers to fitness product line. My main goal was to create packaging and merchandising that would "speak" to females in a conversational yet very exciting tone and attract them with a never seen before approach. Concentrating on the main message along with playful feminine aesthetic I've came up with several packages that were featured in many TV shows along with women's magazines.
ZoN Bright Pink Products play a feature role in Sports Authority's October Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, developed in calendar format with facts, prevention tips and product suggestions. It also recently appeared on NBC Today with Kathie Lee promoting ZoN Bright Pink Pilates Stretch Bands featured in SELF Magazine Pink Products Shop For a Cure segment.
